How to save your bras in the washing machine?

I am sick and tired of the little clasps on my bras breaking in the washing machine. I just buoght two new ones and I want to preserve them.

I saw this bra ball once that was like a plastic ball with holes in it that supposedly made them last longer. It was like 10 bucks. Do you think these would be a worthwhile investment?

After a Victorias Secret Interview, how long does it usually take for them to get back to you?
